As humans, we sometimes experience waves of destabilizing feelings and energies that affect our bodies and souls.
If it is happening to you and you feel like you are on a rollercoaster, you might feel unable to cope with normal, everyday activities, compared to before, when everything was fine.
Yes, I know ‘everyone’ goes through such periods (fatigue, insomnia, or just something medically curious) from time to time.
If you tend to believe in technical fields, you might think such signals are warnings from the subconscious mind, trying to alert you that something is not right (although you might even ponder on one of your hypnosis sessions being behind this sudden change). Can you relate to any of that?
If, on the other hand, you are more inclined to believe in spiritual fields, then such signs might appear (for example) to be spirits visiting your physical body and/or an indication you are experiencing an awakening process, commonly called spiritual awakening.
Either way, it is a struggle, but eventually you’ll realize the only way to pick yourself up is to start taking steps to rectify possible underlying issues. On the way to recovery, I thought I would share a few tips for anyone who might be going through a similar experience.
✳ SCIENCE: Doctors are here to help people. They are able to check your mental and physical condition thoroughly.
If something doesn’t feel right, one of the first things you can do is to visit a doctor for a checkup. You might be tempted to delay a trip to the doctor’s office, for one reason or another, but they say preventing an illness is better than trying to find a cure, so it’s recommended to go right away, once you feel something is off.
A good doctor can check all the important stuff, including blood count, blood pressure, cholesterol level, blood sugar, urine content, heart rate, hearing, and eyesight. They can also do checks for pregnancy, as well as screenings for signs of any disease or condition that may relate to your symptoms.
If you don’t already have a regular doctor, exercise care in choosing a doctor you feel you can trust. The reality is that not every doctor will take the same amount of time to find out what is really happening with every patient. Some will hasten (rightly or wrongly) to jump to conclusions because your symptoms might appear to be related to certain categories of illnesses. On the other hand, some doctors will go a little deeper to try and provide a more detailed/accurate diagnosis, taking into account your age, sex, medical history, and the fact that every case is different.
✳ SPIRITUALITY: First off, if your home or surroundings feel off or full of unclear vibes, then you could try to banish that specific energy before you become too overwhelmed. In Physics, they teach that energy never dies, it just passes from one object to another. As such, energy (good or bad) can remain in objects for a long time. The first step to moving negative air out of your home involves nature. Open all your windows, or at least the ones that allow for optimal airflow in your home. A burst of fresh air can make a world of difference by helping to move and “air out” any unuplifting energy that might be lingering.
Another thing I was recommended to try is audio cues, coming from a single ring of a bell in each room, as well as in the doorways, which is believed helps to revive your physical surroundings. How it works? Put your focus on the tone of the bell as a way to block out any lingering low vibration energy, while attracting an abundance of positive energy. Are you familiar with audio cues?

On a final note, I have heard that it’s a good idea to surround your home with plants. They help to clear and absorb negative energy, while producing ions that contribute to air purification. If you have a pet, however, that might be challenging. Either way, luckily, there’s a ton of different ways to get you back on track toward positivity. Google is full of resources.
Depending on your mindset, it might be a good idea to seek both medical and spiritual help to create a balance. Doctors can be really helpful if you connect with the right one. On top of that, lingering low vibrational energies, left untreated, can provide a breeding ground for crippling results later on.
Be aware also, that whether medical or spiritual, I learnt that your state of mind/being will not only affect you; it can spread to everyone in the house or building. Now, getting back to normal or/and getting rid of this type of energy and getting back on your feet requires patience. It won’t just evaporate overnight, so please give the process time to work.
Among others, these experiences taught me to ask for help; to start a journal to use as form of therapy; to have an open mind more than ever; to trust the journey.
